- Minimum age: 12 years old and minimum height: 4 ft (1.2 m).
- Maximum weight: 300 lbs (130 kg).
- Maximum 5 guests per immersion. Larger groups will be divided into separate immersions, usually back-to-back.
- Maximum age: 75 years old.
- Not suitable for guests who are pregnant, have recent surgery (within 6 months), heart/lung or respiratory conditions, asthma, epilepsy, insulin dependency, back/neck problems, or limited mobility.
- Guests with a cold or congestion cannot participate, as they may be unable to equalize properly during the immersion.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Weather: If unsafe weather conditions cancel the tour, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Cruise Guests: If your ship misses the port, you’ll receive a full refund. If your ship changes its arrival date, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour based on availability.
