Please find below the detailed meeting instructions for all cruise terminals in Cozumel. These directions will help you locate our team in the event of a pier assignment or pier change on the day of your visit.
International Cruise Terminal (SSA Mexico)
After exiting the cruise terminal, cross the street to Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our staff, wearing Top Cozumel shirts, will be waiting for you near the Hard Rock Cafe.
Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal
After exiting the cruise terminal, walk approximately 100 yards toward downtown Cozumel. Across the street, you will see a Pemex Gas Station and a 7-Eleven located next door. Our staff, wearing Top Cozumel shirts, will be waiting for you outside the 7-Eleven convenience store.
Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal
After exiting the cruise terminal, walk through the pedestrian bridge into Punta Langosta Mall. Please proceed to the Starbucks, located next to the lighthouse. Our staff, wearing Top Cozumel shirts, will be waiting for you outside Starbucks.
For those arriving by ferry from Playa del Carmen
- Guests who wish to drive must present a valid physical driver’s license.
- Buggies are shared vehicles, with a maximum of 5 guests per buggy.
- Guests must be able to enter and exit the buggy independently. This excursion is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.
- We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses, and cash for souvenirs and personal expenses.
- Drinks during lunch at The Money Bar are not included and are available for purchase at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Weather: If unsafe weather conditions cancel the tour, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Cruise Guests: If your ship misses the port, you’ll receive a full refund. If your ship changes its arrival date, we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour based on availability.
